Wes Seabolt: Vice President of Business Development at PriMedical Case Management

BLOOM Magazine had the privilege of sitting down with Wes Seabolt, Vice President of Business Development at PriMedical Case Management, to dive into his remarkable journey within the claims industry and beyond. Originally hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Wes's career in claims spans 15 years, beginning as a claims adjuster before transitioning into sales and marketing.


When asked about his favorite productivity hack, Wes shared, "I love doing multiple things at once. Multitasking keeps me focused and allows me to tackle various tasks efficiently."

Wes's entry into the workers' compensation industry was serendipitous, marked by his transition into a sales role, where he discovered a passion for assisting clients and resolving complex issues. Reflecting on the evolving landscape of claims, Wes noted, "Claims, in general, has seen significant shifts. There are now numerous roles and opportunities for advancement compared to when I started."


Motivated by his clients and the opportunity to facilitate the return of hardworking individuals to the workforce, Wes navigates a typical week filled with meetings and collaborations across various levels within claims. Despite his busy schedule, Wes emphasized his unwavering commitment to helping others, stating, "I have a heart of gold and love helping anyone and everyone." A recent career milestone for Wes was his appointment as Vice President of Business Development, a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field. However, his greatest joy lies in the diversity of people he encounters daily. "Meeting so many different people from all walks of life is what I cherish the most," Wes shared.


In his personal life, Wes embraces adventure, recounting impromptu trips to Mexico with friends and spontaneous decisions like booking a week-long getaway just hours before departure. When not jet-setting, Wes enjoys vacationing and cherishes moments with his beloved golden doodle, Penelope. With aspirations to grow professionally and expand his network within the workers' comp industry, Wes draws inspiration from mentors like Roberta Mike, highlighting the importance of kindness and mentorship in career development.


Wes's approach to networking is simple yet effective: "Just putting yourself out there and having no fear." He values connections and believes in the power of continuous learning and growth, echoing the sentiment of shooting for the stars in one's career pursuits.
