Welcome to Bloom's Masterclasses & Self Love Club – The Heart of the ME INC movement dedicated to empowering women in workers' compensation to nurture their mind, body, and soul.

At Bloom, our mission is to empower women to prioritize their well-being and flourish both personally and professionally. That's why our weekly masterclasses are carefully crafted by women, for women, and are available both online and in person. We provide additional resources and scholarships specifically designed to support women in the workers' compensation industry as they navigate personal and professional growth. We partner with women leaders, mentors, and coaches to offer a series of masterclasses, workshops, retreats, brunches, and events that focus on women's wellness, self-care, self-love, and fostering a supportive community among women supporting women.
