Everything we offer is designed to help people grow—at work and in life. Our labs focus on practical, proven tools that support physical and mental wellbeing, build confident leaders, and elevate team performance. Each session is engaging, interactive, and easy to integrate into the workday.

The Orange Lab brings purpose-driven wellness, leadership training, and team development directly into your workplace through on-site, virtual, or hybrid formats. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based strategies shown to boost productivity, reduce absenteeism, and improve morale.

Many of our labs are led by physicians, therapists, workplace leaders, and experts in wellness, mental health, leadership, and human behavior. We believe that when organizations prioritize wellbeing, everyone benefits. A workplace that supports balance, encourages personal growth, and values its people builds stronger teams, drives better outcomes, and sets the foundation for long-term success.

With over 20 years of experience, The Orange Lab delivers expert-led, customized programs built around your team’s needs. Whether it’s a Leadership Lab, Self-Care Workshop, or a full Wellness Day, we provide the tools, resources, and scholarship support to create a workplace where wellbeing is prioritized, leadership is empowered, and people are inspired to do their best work.

Your contribution allows us to offer more scholarships and welcome additional attendees. It’s also a chance to grow your business and connect with a community of industry-leading women who are dedicated to helping others succeed both personally and professionally.
  • What do attendees get out of attending?
The retreat is all about putting your well-being first—giving you the time and space to relax, recharge, and focus on yourself. On-demand masterclasses provide sponsors with guaranteed exposure and longevity, as your services will be promoted every time the class is watched.
  • Is there a difference between how services are presented in on-demand and live masterclasses?
Yes, there is a difference: For on-demand masterclasses, you will pre-record your presentation or submit a video commercial showcasing your services. For live and in-person masterclasses, you will have the opportunity to present live before the class starts.
  • Are you still hosting live in-person masterclasses?
Yes, we are continuing to host live in-person masterclasses as well.

  • Will I get to speak before the masterclass starts?
Yes! Whether the masterclass is live, in-person, or on-demand, you will have the opportunity to present your services.
  • Why should I sponsor BLOOM Masterclasses?
BLOOM Masterclasses have been a trusted resource since 2020 for thousands of adjusters, risk managers, nurses, case managers, and other workers’ compensation professionals who attend our weekly classes.
  • Why are you launching on-demand masterclasses?
Last year, we surveyed hundreds of attendees and learned that many are juggling busy work schedules, making it harder to attend live sessions during lunch. That’s why we’re launching on-demand masterclasses – to provide more flexibility for attendees.
  • Are you still hosting virtual masterclasses?
Yes, we are continuing to host virtual weekly masterclasses via Zoom.
  • What’s the day going to look like?
A one-day seminar filled with hands-on workshops, wellness sessions, and leadership activities. As a sponsor, you’ll be assigned to lead a team of attendees. The event is intentionally limited to keep the experience meaningful and the setting intimate.

Certification Lab for Women in Work Comp

A branch of The Orange Lab, Powered by BLOOM

The Certification Lab for Women in Work Comp is a space created to support the personal and professional growth of women across the workers’ compensation community. It’s part of The Orange Lab and builds on what BLOOM has always done best—bringing women together to learn, grow, and lead with confidence.

This lab offers structured courses and certification programs designed by the women in our own community. These are not one-time classes. They are deeper programs meant to build real skills and help women move forward—in their careers and in life.

Since 2020, BLOOM has hosted weekly masterclasses to open the door to new ideas, tools, and voices. The Certification Lab takes that to the next level by offering longer programs, certifications, and on-demand learning for women ready to keep growing.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to grow in a new direction, the Certification Lab is here to support your next step.
