As the Workers' Compensation Director for FirstService Residential, Stacy has been a force for change in one of the largest property management companies in North America. Overseeing the WC program for the South and East Region, she has dedicated years to revamping programs, mitigating costly claims, and fostering healthier workplaces. Her work has led to significant reductions in claims and costs, earning her recognition as a trailblazer in the field.

Stacy’s career in workers' compensation spans more than 15 years, during which she has embraced challenges with determination and a passion for creating impactful change. From her early days managing workers' compensation for Royal Caribbean Cruises to leading transformative programs at FirstService Residential, Stacy’s journey has been marked by resilience and innovation.
