Robin’s journey in healthcare began in 1990, managing hospital-based and outpatient practices across various specialties like pediatrics, OB/GYN, internal medicine, anesthesia, and emergency medicine. But it was in orthopedics where she found her greatest challenge—and her greatest opportunity. When she accepted the role of CEO at Orthopedic Center of South Florida in 1998, she was stepping into a practice with nine doctors and a solid foundation. What she built over the next 25 years is a testament to her vision and dedication.

Under Robin’s leadership, the practice has grown to 17 physicians and five locations serving patients across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
